Right Insulation - We recommend the right product for the job, even when it is the cheaper option. Reliability and honesty is more important to us than getting the biggest sale possible.

Right Price - We try our best to be price competitive, though not necessarily always the cheapest. Our pricing is transparent though, our standard delivery charge is £10.95 on orders below £250 (inc VAT) where some companies will advertise low upfront prices and then charge very high delivery fees.

Right Time - Our standard delivery time is 2 days, Next Day where requested for a small premium. Part of this is keeping good stocks so that we can get the goods there when they are needed, not offering a huge variety of products that we do not keep on the shelf.

R Values Matter - Partly, thermal insulation needs to be a good quality material in order to do what it is intended for but more than that we believe the way we do business is important. We treat our customers and suppliers with respect and when there is a problem we will tell you about it rather than trying to shy away from the issue.
