DESCRIPTION
Itch free loft insulation Super Loft Blanket is a premium fully
encapsulated glass mineral wool roll for use between
400mm joists or on top of existing insulation.
Completely covered in polythene film for ease of
handling and installation, it is perfect for diy
applications. Each roll is compression-packed for less
handling and storage requirements, but expands to
its full thickness when unrolled.
APPLICATION
Super Loft Blanket is used for the thermal
insulation and upgrade of pitched roofs at ceiling
level. Super Loft Blanket is normally laid in
two layers, the first layer is laid between the joists
and the second layer is installed at right angles to and
over the joists.
STANDARDS
The mineral wool used in the Super Loft Blanket is a
non-combustible, inorganic glass wool, defined as
mineral wool in BS 3533: 1981, and is Euroclass A1 to
BS EN 13501-1.
The Super Loft Blanket is manufactured in
accordance with BSI Quality Assurance Standard BS
EN ISO 9001: 2000. |
