Eurobatex Class 0 pipe insulation is a high quality, PVC expanded nitrile rubber from the respected Union Foam production plant in Milan, Italy. It can be used for a variety of domestic and commercial applications as it meets the Class 0 requirements of BS 476, Parts 6 & 7. It is particularly suitable for use in frost protection, domestic heating and ground source heat pump applications as well as a variety of chilled pipework applications. It has a fine, closed cell structure and is both ODP Zero and GWP Zero. It has a temperature range of -45ºC to +105ºC
Eurobatex pipe insulation comes in a full range of wall thicknesses and bore sizes with a superior thermal conductivity, making it one of the best pipe insulations in it's class.
Thermal Conductivity at 0ºC is 0.033W/mK (According to EN ISO 8497)
Thermal Conductivity at 20ºC is 0.036W/mK (According to EN ISO 8497)
Thermal Conductivity at 40ºC is 0.039W/mK (According to EN ISO 8497) |
